MidTerm Week
Hi,
Ughhh!
I have two exams everyday this week, except for Friday.
I took American History Honors and Advanced Placement- Psychology on Tuesday.
I took Chemistry and Algebra II today and tomorrow I take
AP- English Language and Composition,
but I just have to watch a movie and take notes instead of a test for the last exam of the day which is AVID.
AVID is a program in which students learn how to advance themselves in school. My mom has begged me to stick with it for all four years of high school. We're watching Stand and Deliver.
Anyways everyday I come home and reflect on the tests that I've just done, whether I passed them or failed miserably. Right now I think my worst was Algebra II. I couldn't remember a thing, not to mention how to use that beast of a calculator. The one's that do matrices for you. Oh. My. Gosh. I think I died on that test.
So I'm trying to relax a little and put it out of my mind because I can't do anything about it now. I got on YouTube and went to my list of favorites, mostly stupid stuff that was linked from My Chemical Romance's site because Bob (the drummer) keeps sending the fans there to watch fun stuff. I watched this one where a guy walks into a glass wall at a store and it's caught on the security camera. FUNNY!!! I scroll down to type a comment on it, when I see the YouTube Symphony Orchestra button. My heart makes a little song of random beats right then because, if you haven't read my post a few weeks ago, I love the collaborative sounds of instruments.
I checked it out but I'm not going to audition because I haven't played my clarinet "well" since 7th grade, almost four years ago.
Instead I've been listening to other peoples practice auditons. The song is so beautiful I completely forgot about the exams today and remebered better things. For example, the joyous news that I am recieving THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY: Dallas, #1&2 tonight.
Oh, and I get to see all my friends, including my wonderful newly appreciated friend ElliveN!!!!!
