My Life Is An Open Book

Okay I just wanted to say that I liked chatting with people on the internet until five minutes ago when I had the realization that I can't read the inflection in post (like emphasis on a word). Like If someone comments on a picture in person, you can hear sincerity or sarcasm or  emphasis on words or  adjectives or something. On the internet there is hardly a way to replace this key part in speech, except for anger which uses all caps,smiley faces, and exclamation points. I really like talking to people on the internet but I don't like this part because I can't feel the same way.
Does anyone else feel that way or is it Just Me?
